Tasks so far. Start with R-HSA-163765 "ChREBP activates metabolic gene expression"

[x] check charge and mass balance for alignment with RHEA
[x] edit molecular events to make them GO-CAM compliant (following 10/23 NYU gene-expression model?)
[x] update references and annotations or confirm that old ones are still valid.
[ ] @ukemi build mouse models as appropriate
[x] Then extend to all the pathways grouped under R-HSA-163685 "integration of energy metabolism"
