Second state snapshot failing on GitHub checkout of noctua-models #377

The snapshot-post-fail is currently failing on:

12:09:02  + git clone -b master https://github.com/geneontology/noctua-models.git

12:47:38  error: RPC failed; curl 18 transfer closed with outstanding read data remaining
12:47:38  fatal: The remote end hung up unexpectedly
12:47:38  fatal: early EOF
12:47:38  fatal: index-pack failed

Will first try some of the stuff we did for the ontology.

Tagging @pgaudet that this is holding up the snapshot for the moment.

The TTL build stage now passes again--yay!
