AMIGO Any annotations derived from a “pathway” GO-CAM should link in AMIGO to the relevant GO-CAM pathway display, ideally (though maybe not in the first version) highlighting the gp and GO term. A gene product page will link to the “pathway” GO-CAM displays that contain that gene product. A BP page will link to the “pathway” GO-CAMs that have at least one gene product that is “part of” that BP.
