Project description

Currently, there are no systematic QC or reports produced for the stored GO-CAM (TTL or blazegraph) models. This project would be tasked with adding basic checks and reports for GO-CAMs.

Suggestion is to start with the infrastructure that exists for GO-CAM imports, and place the reports into /reports for pipeline runs.

Unnecessary at this point, as the work so far is just porting over @dustine32 's previous work.

Talking with @cmungall , he has tested some methods for loading GO-CAM models into a local relational database (sqlite3) and they are likely very reasonable for doing many of the stats we'd want to start with.

@pgaudet We should backfill some of the metadata for this project.
