Project description

The purpose of this ongoing project is to capture the technical ontology fixes, incremental software and process improvements, and proactive maintenance related to the ontology and its build. This is separate from pipeline work; a rule of thumb would be which side of the go-ontology Makefile something falls on.

As this is an ongoing project, we cannot have a technical doc upfront, but any larger technical decisions or decisions that have consequences outside of the scope of the project should be brought up with @kltm .
