Project description

This project encompasses the items that still need to be coordinated from the "GPAD/GPI 2.0 Specifications" (#26) and "Integrate remainder of MGI pipeline into the GO pipeline" (#77) projects, as well as a few new items.

Broadly, the end goals of this project are to:

add the work of the MGI upstream remainders to the "main" data pipelines
see the release of GPAD / GPI 2.0 as release products of the GO

@pgaudet As discussed, moving directly to "active" (although it would be good to do a review of all items together with everybody when we can).

As discussed with @pgaudet and @sierra-moxon, I'm moving all still-open tickets to https://github.com/orgs/geneontology/projects/155 and closing the other two projects out.
