Update mechanism translation for transporter activity #16

Change the rule that currently translates to “transporter activity” to instead use GO:0030674 protein-macromolecule adaptor activity.

The rule was previously translating SIGNOR mechanism "relocalization" to "transporter activity" (GO:0005215).
