Drop-n-regen of models from SynGO 2021-02-25 JSON w/ updated ECOs #1

Used input file: SynGO_export_2021-02-25.json

Note the previous models are from an older input file SynGO_export_2018-03-17.json so this new load has many more (>1000) models. Once these are pushed to noctua-models/master that will mean a substantial increase in SynGO annotations being produced in the GO pipeline.

Also note this 2021-02-25 file was recently updated to fix some ECO codes as described in https://github.com/geneontology/syngo2lego_data_conversion/issues/5
