The docs can live in googledocs - or the phenotype-ontologies wiki doesn't matter

coordinate with Heiko to get the link into the instance

The quickest way is to add a link to the google doc from the HP termgenie main page. For that the document needs to be 'public' aka read-only link which everybody can open. I think for that, the sharing permissions need to be changed of the document.
