Add tool tips (or some explanation) to the templates with checkboxes #60

If there are checkboxes below a term (for example, see late/early onset), should add a tool tip to explain that you can check both boxes and it would create two terms, ie ‘early onset of process’ and ‘late onset of process’ and not a term that is both 'late and early onset of process'

added a sentence to the description of the template, see r1201, change is live In general it is the easiest to add such comments to the description.
