Issue with asserted subclasses in term genie #66

I added a new term to HP via TermGenie: abnormal heart morphology.

cardiomegaly is inferred to be a subclass, but it should be asserted as a subclass.

Just for clarification: Is that a general HP reasoning issue or a TermGenie bug? If you try to create the same class in Protege, do you get all the expected inferences?

Reasoning seems to be working stable now.
