Ability to download GOCAMs in SIF format:

[ ] : create either SPARQL or GOLR queries to fetch each gocam as a graph
[ ] : convert the graph in SIF format
[ ] : integrate the code or queries in the pipeline to produce an archive of all gocams in SIF
