Add verbose status output throughout notebook #14

This address the "Add a message..." ticket. Each cell outputs one HTML formatted message that changes based on the status of the analysis and on conclusion, informs the user that the analysis is done and to check below for results.

Works well except for the case when the input is the 80 MB bladder csv, I get the error TraitError: options must be nonempty In Step 3: Cluster Cells. Not an inmediate blocker.
