Add extended report and exporters for fasta and fasta-msa

This pull request includes:

• [x] exports fasta and fasta-msa during classification to provide them as downloads
• [x] adds --write-fasta and --write-fasta-msa to CLI
• [x] Improves export web-interface
• [x] Check if output, flags, etc is compatible with haplogrep-cmd. What are breaking changes? @seppinho
