Singularity to run docker container

Hi.

I am unable to use docker on my computing system due to security reasons. Is there a way to start the session with singularity?

I have this working at https://github.com/HippocampusGirl/ENIGMAImputationProtocol. To get it working required some tinkering with the Hadoop configuration and some custom code to launch the daemons.

Hi, i'm not able to use it as well, Singularity integration is must have as most academic computing is on non-root systems.
