Can't find admin panel #8

I need the 1000g reference panel. After logging in, I tried to find the admin panel, but I found just my profile and logout panel. Why can't I find it? How can I install 1000g reference panel without admin panel?

I found the solution. I should have logged in with admin account. Sorry~
