The vast majority of the sites that I'm uploaded are being excluded due to low call rate within my uploaded files. I.e., there is a non-missing allele in only one or a few samples. However, different samples were processed and called different ways. For my data, it is not indicative of an issue if there is a low call rate (expected due to the different sources of the various samples). Is there a workaround or a way to disable the exclusion based on low call rate? An alternative could be to run one sample at a time, and duplicating the sample 4 times because it also requires 5 samples to be uploaded at a time.
