Access to raw data from 2024 paper? #66

Hi,

This is a great pipeline I was wondering if you could perhaps release the raw fast5/pod5 dataset to potentially benchmark different error correction methods?

Hi Chang, sorry for the late response. The validation paper of the pipeline is currently under Review and we would like to wait to make the pod5 files publicly available until we receive the first feedback.
