Change to add template settings tab, not re-defined setting tabs. #28

Hello, I have some redmine plugins such as using project setting tab to manage, edit its module. But RedMine-plantillas-plugin re-defines project setting tabs and tabs for mine are removed. So, could you please apply this patch not to re-define but to add tab for template?

I'm sorry I could find the solution without any modification to your plugin. So, I cancel my pull request. Thank you for your time and nice plugin!
