Benchmarks with new assessments marked #18

Benchmarks that have been assessed for the first time should be highlighted or otherwise indicated. So if first quarter = x (not assessed), second quarter !=x (assessed) then mark. Possibly bold the mark or shade with #ddd or some light gray.
