Pieces tab is styled as intended on mobile

Added
Add id to state
- Help tab
- Better signifiers for available updates
- CONTRIBUTING.md
- Log link to Github repository in console (production only)
Changed
Reworded "about" tab
- Mobile volume is now 95% instead of 100% to help with audio issues
- Deployment supports multiple environments

Changes verified on hot new staging environment. Hopefully nothing breaks now that people are actually using the site 🤞

Naturally I forget to mark which issues this resolved, they are: #32, #30, #24, #22, and #21. Will close.
