Update to v4 #5

  1. Update every piece to the new v4 API/lifecycle (documentation coming soon)
  2. Update as many pieces as possible to prerender reverb effects to significantly reduce CPU usage
  3. Remove extra dependencies from as many pieces as possible by adding tons of scripts to @generative-music/utilities
  4. Add a test-player for testing pieces locally (documentation coming soon)
