I styled the Threads from CodeNewbie to be easier to read, and added a FAQ that genericallyloud shared on the Slack

Hey, thanks for doing this. Its really annoying that github can't accept pull requests on the wiki. However, I just opened up the wiki to be publicly editable. Do you want to make the edits yourself or do you want me to do it?
