fix: Remove double `/` and load errors #82

Hey Ryan(@genericptr),

I was testing this on Sublime-Text and was seeing a lot of double path delimiters. I also saw some reported errors on missing config files.

This will fix both those issues.

Thanks! Michael is familiar with the Lazarus build system and he seemed to think this is a good idea so it's merged :)
