[Rework] Outport types/names dialog&logic #196

Supersedes #158 Missing:

Adapt DynamicGKNModel with same changes
Add unique ID per GKNode instance. So we can make a completely unique outputfilename.
Remove unnecessary members in the Port params (which I though I would need)
Other cleanups

TODO: Make sure that it is backwards compatible. Add defaults for missing parameters in the settings.xml

So. This should be finished for now. Also addresses part of #228 by falling back to a standard "mimetype" which equals the name of the unregistered extension when it is not found.
