MapAlignerPoseClustering autodetermination of input filenames fails #251

ERROR MapAlignerPoseClustering 2:5 Execute failed: For multifile outport MapAlignerPoseClustering.1.out no linkable multifile input could be found. Please specify own output basenames as a comma seperated list.

Comes from my changes to allow linking of in and outputs for filenames.
