Replacement of variables in our binaries.ini is failing when the PATH of a users contains e.g. "$" #264

To be confirmed. In a tutorial on a participant's Ubuntu 18.04 there was an error in line https://github.com/genericworkflownodes/GenericKnimeNodes/blob/develop/com.genericworkflownodes.knime/src/com/genericworkflownodes/knime/execution/impl/LocalToolExecutor.java#L363

The reason in the title was our best guess but I am not sure if the PATH of a user is considered at all.
