If we go ahead with season 2, recruit a host (maybe via a contest?) to take more responsibility for driving the conversation, seeking out guests, and interesting stories -- put full energy into it. UX comms has more of an advisory/approval role.

One potential organizing principle: "Just shipped". Have a UXer talk the host through a feature that just shipped, what went into the design process, what it succeeds with, where they didn't meet their original goal etc. A public post-mortem-ish thing that opens up the design process.
