[x] On extension activation we should check for required resources and download them if they are not present in the .scribe/resources folder
[x] Include source Bibles as .bible files (parsed from USFM).
[x] Include translations notes, words, and anything else that might be useful in the source language if available

Update May 28: we ARE populating some resources by using the English TN, TQ, and Key Terms in the Copilot

Note that these are English resources that are translated on the fly by the Copilot.

It would be useful to auto-download the latest resources in the Resource Manager extension for a more complete out-of-the-box experience
