Add a source-text Bible rendered viewer #15

We need some way for the user to view the source texts. Currently this is just a plaintext-like file with verse references highlighted.

We might want a rendered webview for this, or we could convert/source markdown for the content and display one of the existing rendered markdown viewers. These are read-only by default.

@BenjaminScholtens implemented a mini search index to find VREFs in the source text bibles that are downloaded. These can be opened in a dropdown by clicking the "Source" code lens button
