Display source and target languages in project manager webview

When a project has been created, and the user looks at the project management view/tab, user should be fully informed about the source and target languages.

DoD

• [x] User is fully informed about project overview (e.g., which language has been selected, project abbreviation, etc.)
• [x] Change abbreviation and category buttons trigger settings command like other edit buttons
• [x] Project overview lists downloaded source and target bibles

Using a data table (VSCodeDataGrid) now that populates with project overview

Now you can see downloaded source text Bibles. We've hidden target text Bibles since it's too confusing at this point to reveal those.
