Userconfig not working, or at least the skills are not. #138

Describe the bug Skill settings not being applied to units. CBA enabled. File patching enabled. userconfig folder both in the arma 3 root folder AND vcom 3.3.3 folder, both exact same settings. Regardless, skill settings not applied.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go into editor mission for arma 3 and into zeus
  2. spawn units
  3. double click units to view properties and show skills
  4. See skills are not apllied.

Expected behavior SKill settings should be appllied as they are set in config file, and units get the skill settings. Screenshots If applicable, add screenshots to help explain your problem.

UPDATE: Further testing has proven that Vcom AI is not affected by ANY userconfig settings. BUT the settings do work when set in the CBA Menu in game, but the file's settings do not seem to get used. This results in myself only being able to tweak settings using CBA, but in the case that the side skill settings are not part of the CBA settings, I cannot change them. It is very possible I am editing the wrong userconfig, can you confirm if this is the right directory? \steamapps\common\Arma 3!Workshop\@Vcom AI V3.3.3\userconfig\VCOM_AI\AISettingsV3
