[3.4.0 dev] AI aiming right at their feet randomly when in combat mode. [Screenshot included]

Describe the bug Noticed when I was watching a battle between several teams that AI seem to try and poke their heads into the ground lol maybe they think if they cant see them they cant see me lol

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: Not sure whether this happens every time but I think youve seen it yourself.

1. make a firefight between multiple groups over a large area.
2. go into zeus and just observe as best as you can.

Expected behavior Not to do this lol

Additional context The units were all moving while crouched again like 90% of them. Can I suggest if they are out in the open they will RUN to cover?
