[3.4.0 dev 7th july] Squad leaders in a group randomly go into the "idle aware" post and refuse to move on their own ability. #167

Describe the bug Squad leaders (does not matter the unit) will randomly, during a firefight enter a aware idle pose. And just stand idle.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Place 2 enemy rifle groups
  2. Make them run into eachother
  3. watch the firefight
  4. keep an eye on the squad leaders (even if they change due to previous being killed.

Expected behavior Not to stand idle in the middle of combat
