MVLMM tests and Travis fix #44

@pjotrp : I have got most of MVLMM code working. I have also fixed travis.

Now, I am beautifying the code of existing models (some refactoring) as MVLMM would need it too. Its too tough to debug MVLMM using GEMMA.
