Decide on where to send it (was: include more citations) #15

If we plan to submit it to Expert Systems With Applications, I think is the thing to do, isn't it?

I don't know about citations, but do we all agree on sending it there? @zeinebchelly @fergunet ?

Yes, I mentioned to @unintendedbear that ESWA is a good journal to apply (and how to search specific journal papers in Scopus to add in the reference before sending a paper :)
