They require an abstract ( "We invite you to submit a one-page abstract including one (mandatory) descriptive figure and caption until the 25th of February 2015, via our EasyChair submission link https://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=netsci2015 )
With bibliography the abstract is two pages. The image would need, maybe, one third or a half of the page.
Header is big, we could simplify it. I haven't reviewed what I have written because I'm not sure about the way we should present this. Maybe it would be interesting to relax the references parts (something like in previous works... -withoug citing them-).
Maybe we sould also give more importance to the last paragraph also.
