Venue for draft publication #7

Although we could have something for later on, I'd like to try one of the new places for open publication and reviewing. I have checked out The Winnower https://thewinnower.com/ , as opposed to the classical ArXiV or the newer FigShare (but we can publish the repo there too). What do you think?

There is also the sessions at academia.edu with the problem that there is not many people there...
