the current azure sdk lib used is deprecated see https://azure.github.io/azure-sdk/releases/deprecated/index.html#go and https://github.com/Azure/azure-sdk-for-go/blob/main/documentation/MIGRATION_GUIDE.md
as we use leftovers in our bosh-bootloader repo i'm having some conflicts with the newest sdk vs the older sdk used in leftovers.
