Get the updated c-band and o-band wallpaper from Hawaii. Update the symlinks once the wallpaper has been downloaded.

Each wallpaper is about 1TB in size.

Wallpaper updated. All stamps generated from 2018-06-11 10:15:00 should contain the new wallpaper. Keep an eye on the new stamps to make sure that the reference images are being generated correctly.
