Load stacked diff forced photometry run in Hawaii into the database #138

We need to be able to run stacked diff forced photometry in Hawaii and load the results locally into the database. Completing this will also allow us to load general stacked diff forced photometry which is also run in Hawaii.

The web interface needs to be altered to query and render the new stacked forced photometry on the web interface.

The code to run the forced photometry is now running single threaded at the moment, and the web interface will render the results in flux space for the time being. We need links for users to be able to download the data.

Here is an example object with stacked diff forced photometry loaded.

Done now, but needs to be multiprocessed. (We now have access to an 80 core machine - sc01 - in Hawaii for doing this kind of thing.)
