We need daemon code for generating PS names as soon as an object is added to the good list. This involves:

Creation of the new daemon code
Introduction of daemon settings into settings.py
Modification of Django views.py to send messages to the daemon as soon as someone promotes an object to the Good list (and ONLY the good list).

The code has been created and the web interface modified. Adding here for completeness, and so we can track possible bugs.

Also - I had to modify the nameserver code to fix the negative RA problem.

Name daemon is added and is now running.
