most recent forced photometry date in CSV file #162

Hi Ken, mentioned this in an email a while back and then totally forgot to post it. Would it be possible to list the most recent date with forced photometry in the CSV file along with the most recent detection info that's currently there? That would be a good indication that I need to grab the latest forced photometry from the object pages.

Should be possible. I need to change the code to pull out the forced phot and combine it with the unforced data we grab already.
