Missing classifications for some SNe #183

There are classifications in TNS but not on the QUB pages. An example: https://star.pst.qub.ac.uk/sne/ps1yse/psdb/candidate/1042451050105603300/

Apologies for this. We stopped using the "Confirmed" list, hence there were no subsequent updates for this list. Fixed now!
