Migration - manual export of `atlas_diff_subcells` and `atlas_diff_subcell_logs` #7

The atlas_diff_subcells and atlas_diff_subcell_logs tables must be migrated by hand, since each table contains ~ 170 million rows. We may want to reconsider what we do with these tables!
