The Iodine news API now has a few cool things (tjcsl/iodine@67a0f2b) that make it a more worthwhile option.
Also, having two auth services is just plain annoying. So is having to log in before being able to do anything in an app, but well, you know, that would be easier.

Also, I'm getting a veritable load of base64-looking rubbish when testing /api/news/list with hurl.it (but not with /api/news/show/2709). Odd.
