Developer to Microbial Genomics Administrator Change #1

1) How do I change my status from Developer to Microbial Genomics Administrator? 2) I went in to authorize some gene reports and all I get is "500 Internal Service Error". Any ideas?

I think we worked around this issue such that it is now a moot point. I will close this issue. It can be reopened if need be.
