Backport of Hanson Robotics changes #7

Trying to merge a diverged branch of this code back into the mainline. -- Mostly whitespace changes. -- only one real change of any note: the servo limits were changed, to allow the full range of motion.

Jamie, i just tested with current node and was able to push servo to 2174... Verified by Maestro Control center http://snag.gy/Bvbta.jpg
