We have learned external modules can drag the performance of Harvester Core in some conditions such as the frame rate is too high comparing to the display rate. On the other hand, it means we can maximize the display rate in other conditions where doesn't meet the former one. Having that fact, it should be valuable if the display rate is configurable.
