Program deletes and you are returned back to the Program menu

When program is deleted an Error Occured pop up appears and activity wheel continues to spin

Steps to reproduce the problem starting from a fresh install

1.Select program to delete and choose Delete 2. 3.

Specifications

Version: 1.3 v16 Beta
Operating System: Raspbian Buster
.Net/Mono runtime version:6.0x
Hardware configuration: Raspberry Pi 3b
